For the Curry

  • 500g boneless chicken
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Melkote Puliygre
  • 1 tsp Bisi Bele Bath blend

For Finishing

  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander

How it comes together

  1. Saute onion in butter until translucent.
  2. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  3. Add chicken and both spice blends, then cook until chicken is done.
  4. Stir in cream and kasuri methi; simmer briefly.
