For the Curry
- 500g boneless chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Melkote Puliygre
- 1 tsp Bisi Bele Bath blend
For Finishing
- 3 tbsp cream
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander
